The trade war deals a blow to markets where shipping disputes have spiked. Ms. Lili Pan, Attorney at Law, gave a keynote speech at the Seminar on Risk Prevention in Concluding and Performing Contracts, at the invitation of The Hong Kong Shippers' Council. Based on characteristics of the shipping industry, Lili elaborated on rights and concerns of both parties during contract performance and how to preserve evidence to protect their interests. In Lili's detailed case study, the audience learned a lot of dos & don'ts in contract performance and ways to reduce risks.
