Alpha & Leader's Dispute Resolution & Asset Disposal Division and Legal Service Team Held 2018 Annual Training Event in Changsha

Alpha & Leader's Dispute Resolution & Asset Disposal Division and the Legal Service Team gathered in Changsha, Hunan from July 20-23 for a 4-day team building occasion. This was the second major event of this year following the Business Development Division episode in Nanjing. Colleagues from Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Xiamen, Nanjing, Qingdao, as well as those from our newly established Singapore office have come to attend this year event.

In this year event, attendees from different offices were paired into groups with reference to their experiences. Games and contests were created to stimulate unity, acquaintance and communication. Making active participation, enhancing communication, employing professional knowledge, and applying logical and innovative thinking in tackling problems were all encouraged and emphasized during the event. At the end, attendees were anticipated to apply knowledge learned from these activities to their routine work. In addition, this year topics for the traditional Debating Contest were selected with direct concern and close relevant to our industry. Through running into the other side with profound comprehension of the issues, debaters were expected to be cultivated with multi-dimensional thinking skills and ability in resolving issues.

At the end, the "Champion Team" went to the team captained by Mr. Ken Luo, Manager of South China and vice-captained by Mr. Link Qiu, Senior Mediator in East China .

In the Debating Contest, the final four contestants for this year "Best Debater" were:

Mr. Martin Ye, Supervisor of Hangzhou Branch in East China;

Mr. Link Qiu , Senior Mediator in East China;

Mr. Alan Gao, Mediator in North China and;

Ms. Jane Qian, Attorney-at-law in South China.

The final title went to Mr. Alan Gao, Mediator in North China for his impressive performance.
