Ms. Randy Wei serves as Assistant General Manager of Alpha & Leader, in charge of business development in the Greater South China. She is also responsible for promoting Alpha & Leader's corporate culture and enhancing corporate image. Randy concurrently holds the position of Senior Manager for market development operations in Chinese mainland.

Ms. Wei joined Alpha & Leader in 2002 as executive and progressed through different positions before taking up her recent responsibility. Over the years, Randy has been assigned to different cities to help recruit and train new sales employees to develop new markets. In recognition of her impressive performance, Randy was presented with the "Outstanding Advancement" award, two "Most Outstanding Employee of the Year" awards, "Most Popular Employee" award, "Annual Special Appreciation" award, etc. She was appointed Senior Manager for market development operations in Chinese mainland in early 2025.

Randy has attained the Class I Occupational Qualification Certificate on Credit Management issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People's Republic of China.
