Betty Huen
Assistant General Manager – Regional Sales & Marketing, Asia-Pacific
Ms. Betty Huen serves as Assistant General Manager for the regional sales and marketing operations in Asia Pacific and Senior Manager for market development operations in Hong Kong.
She started off as a Sales Executive in our company in 1998 and progressed through various important positions within the sales operations. Prior to her resuming of her latest position, she was the Senior Manager of Sales and Customer Services. Ms. Huen graduated from a university in Australia with a degree in Bachelor of Business and obtained her Master Degree of Science in Hospitality Management in Hong Kong. She had worked in an advertising firm and started her career in the credit and collection industry with a local agency serving the consumer market before joining us.
In March 2018, Ms. Huen was positioned to our newly start-up Singapore office. She is responsible for leading our business development team in penetrating the South Eastern Asia market. She was appointed Senior Manager for market development operations in Hong Kong in early 2025.
Betty is a Certified Collection Agency Executive (CCAE) of ACA International in USA.
