Mr. Tom Zhang serves as Manager for business development in Hubei Region. He is responsible for key client development and management in Hubei and Hunan provinces, driving the achievement of regional goals and team development.

Tom holds a degree in Finance from the School of Business Administration of South-Central Minzu University. He joined Alpha & Leader's Business Development Division in 2021. With outstanding performance and a strong sense of responsibility, he earned the "Best Progressive Award of the Year 2023" and the "Best Performance Award of the Year 2024". He was promoted to Supervisor of the division in January 2025, assuming his current role in January 2026.
