Lily Li

Head of Client Servicing – Greater China, Asia-Pacific

Ms. Lily Li is Head of Client Servicing Division (Greater China and Asia-Pacific). She takes charge of the management, maintenance, and business advancement of client servicing teams across Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and the United States. Concurrently, she holds the position of Senior Manager for Credit Control and supports business development operations in Hong Kong.

Lily graduated from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies with a bachelor's degree in English. She joined Alpha & Leader in July 2010 and has held different positions in Client Servicing Division. She was promoted to Supervisor, Assistant Manager, and then District Manager of Client Servicing Division (China) for her outstanding performance. On April 1, 2019, Lily was promoted to Senior Manager of Client Servicing Division (China) to supervise all client servicing teams in Chinese mainland. In early 2022, she was promoted to Deputy Head of Client Servicing for the Greater China and Asia-Pacific region. Subsequently, in early 2025, she additionally took on the role of Senior Manager overseeing market development operations in Hong Kong. She was further promoted to Head of Client Servicing for the Greater China and Asia-Pacific region in January 2026.

Earnest and self-motivated, Lily not only shows impressive leadership skills at work but also excels at developing and maintaining business relationships with clients. She bears in mind the interest of Alpha & Leader in making every decision. She has effectively facilitated relations between our various functions and clients through active communication and by prioritizing clients' needs and opinions.
