On October 10, Ms. Lili Pan, Attorney at Law of Alpha & Leader, delivered a successful keynote speech at the Seminar on Risk Prevention in Concluding and Performing Contracts, at the invitation of The Hong Kong Shippers' Council. The seminar was right held amid increasing shipping disputes caused by the prolonged US-China trade war. As a speaker, Lili elaborated on rights and concerns of both parties during contract performance and how to preserve evidence to protect their interests. In Lili's detailed case study, the audience learned a lot about dos & don'ts in contract performance and ways to reduce risks. The Q&A session was a success and many council members sought one-on-one consultation after the seminar.
