Hong Kong Credit and Collection Management Association (HKCCMA) invited Mr. Bobby Rozario, a member of HKCCMA and Managing Director of Alpha & Leader, and Ms. Lili Pan, Attorney at Law from Alpha & Leader, to give key note speeches at "Credit Management: Laws in China" Seminar. Mr. Bobby Rozario and Ms. Lili Pan elaborated on the civil procedure and arbitration procedure in Chinese legal system and the importance of evidence preservation.
