Alpha & Leader marked its 30th anniversary under the theme "30 Years of Growth, the Journey Goes On." Celebrations were centered at the Guangzhou HQ, connecting global teams via live links.

Key moments included distributing custom 30th-anniversary gifts, honoring retiring Guangzhou driver Mr. Yang Heling for his 19 years of service, and presenting "Best Creative Work" award to Shanghai HR Supervisor Ms. Maggie Zhou for her video embodying Alpha & Leader's spirit "Your Vision.
