Alpha & Leader’s Client Servicing Division organized a speech contest on “Client Servicing Platform and Self-Ordering Function” on January 19, 2024. The activity aimed to sharpen the communication and speech skills of client serving staff. Participants showcased their professionalism through engaging speech and role-play. Judges listened attentively and offered fair feedback. The results are as follows:
Ms. Kit Su from Guangzhou office won the “Best Individual Performance Award”. Ms. Uri Chen and Ms. Vivian Zheng from Hangzhou and Beijing offices respectively received the “Best Teamwork Award”.
